Current Service:

Three or Five session 1:1 Programmes

An initial consultation of 2 hours with 1 hour follow ups spaced 6 to 10 weeks apart. These 1:1 programmes focus on specific needs, capacity to take on changes and work towards your personal goals and milestones. The programme aim is to support you to a place of sustainable better health.

Extra Support 6 month Programme

Some personal journeys are more difficult than others and we may need extra support. This programme aims to give more reassurance and regular contact with small but regular step changes that allow you to go at your pace. The same 2 hour initial consultation followed by weekly check ins and 5 monthly follow ups.

1 Hour Snap Shot Review

With so much information out there of who should eat what when. In this review we will look at your 5 day food dairy and see what is working for you and how it can be personalised to your needs.

Workshops

Super Seventies  – Start to be confirmed

As we age, our metabolic, digestive, and physical wellbeing can become troubled from time to time.  Supporting imbalances, ensuring good nutrition, and eating well as we age are really important to longevity, independence, and a full and happy life.

Meeting once a month, at a venue to be decided, there will be a focused health and nutrition talk, with myth busting, question & answer and personal goal setting, followed by a social cuppa.
